We are a leading company in designing and manufacturing of pipeline equipment, specialized in maintaining, overhauling and upgrading machines for the Oil&Gas and Earthmoving Sectors.
Our headquarter is located in Italy near Venice and is supported by an established branch based in Sharjah UAE in support of our customers in the Middle East.

We specialize in high quality pipe facing machines, hydraulic power units, internal line up clamps. Our range covers diameters from 6” to 100”.
All units are manufactured in Italy and are CE marked. Our service center in Sharjah maintains an available stock of the most critical spare parts to ensure that in case of emergency we can solve most problems in the best efficient way possible. For equipment, we offer both sale and rent solutions. Through our business partners we are able to supply: automatic welding solution, induction heating solution, welding tractor and many more.

NP was founded by Carlo Zordanazzo in December 1990. His experience in the field started in 1969 as Workshop Manager for an Italian company working for constructing Oil&Gas tubes. In 13 years working mainly between Algeria and Iraq he was able to enhance his ability to learn from his experiences and in the 80s he decided to start his own business, a consulting company for the developing of industrial plants across the world. With a background of over 20 years in the sector, thanks to his know-how and together with two partners, Mr. Zordanazzo acquired the company Patavium allowing the birth of NUOVA PATAVIUM.
Today NUOVA PATAVIUM is still run by the Zordanazzo family with more than 40 employees, operating from our headquarters near Venice, Italy and satellite office and workshop in Sharjah, UAE.
